At Eclipse, we’re committed to getting your Travel Set to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information. Eclipse is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Lost or Stolen Packages

Eclipse is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
